No brainer,the baby camel. I have to admit I've had it at Tajine and it was pretty good...tender, moist, a bit like pork roast(can I say pork?!).
arrrggghhhhh...and I thought Cajuns ate ANYTHING?
Depends...did the baby camel have one hump or two...I have asymmetry problems with my humps already, so...
I vote for a salad.
